Thank you everyone who took the time to like my page and leave a blog post. I really appreciate it! The ideas were great, but I think the most popular was something special from children. I do have 2 kids, and I love love love being a mom. I thank God for evey single mom.

Hello Everyone!

I want to thank everyone who took the time to enter my last giveaway, and congrats to AndreaH for winning.

Anyways.... my business mind is going back and forth. I have currently have no work the rest of this month, so I am concentrating on new ideas. Right now I have a Mother's Day special on my website, and you can order is ONLINE! I am working on shipping, so if you are out of state, no problem!

I will be releasing pictures of the new TWIX cupcake, since that was the clear winner. But in order to celebrate reaching 100 likes on facebook, I figured we should have another giveaway!

Thanks to everyone who participates in my giveaway! There was a lot of support to my page and you really helped me with the road block I was sitting at. The winner of the giveaway was AndreaH. I have sent her an email, and she has 48 hours to reply. 

The new cupcake flavor is Twix! I am going to get a recipe together, and I will post the recipe and pictures. If you have taken a look at my website and are interested in something, but do not live in Des Moines, IA, that isn't a problem. We do send treats through the mail.

Having a hard time

I realized that I have been having a really hard time at work lately. I really enojy doing this on the side, therefore it is time to work on building an audience.
I released a new flavor this week called Banana Cream Pie, but I am having a hard time deciding what the next flavor will be.
The choices are between:

A Turtle Cupcake- a chocolate cake with pecans and a caramel center, topped with a buttercream frosting drizzled in caramel.

Twix cupcake- a milk chocolate cake with cookie crumb and a caramel center, topped with a buttercream frosting drizzled in caramel and sprinkled with cookie.

They are very similar, but will decide what direction to go in as far as release of new cupcakes!

It's Finally UP!

While my business is just starting up, I finally got my blog up and running. I think it is a great way to reach potential customers, introduce new flavors, and give an insight on my day to day.
